The role:
We are seeking an experienced civil site supervisor to work on a diverse range of projects across regional NSW on DIDO rosters.
You will manage site operations on civil construction projects with a key focus on earthworks.
Your every day:
- Successfully manage the program, budgets and quality assurance of all projects to ensure a high-quality project is delivered.
- Manage site safety and environmental compliance on the project.
- Be the focal point for all trades and labour in your area.
- Constantly build strong client relationships that position Unyte for repeat work.
Who are you?
You have extensive experience in earthworks supervision, and come to us with:
- Current Driver's License.
- Self-motivated, ability to implement and lead change and a strong work ethic
- Plant Operation experience will be highly regarded
- Ideally having completed a Cert III in Civil Construction, and a Cert IV Supervision in Civil Construction.
- Flexibility to travel regionally and work away from home, attractive compensation options are offered.
