A bit about the role

Our Maternal and Child Health service is the largest in Victoria, delivering outstanding care to support child health and development.

In this role you will be part of a friendly and inclusive team, based at Bunjil place and Maternal and Child Centres.

You will provide high level customer service and administration to support the effective operation of the program.

This is a Limited Tenure, part time role to 17 October 2025, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm, 4 days per week.

What you’ll deliver

  • Excellent customer service in accordance with the City of Casey Customer First principles including face to face, phone and written.
  • Scheduling appointments for the Maternal & Child Health Service and following up enquiries
  • Administrative support to the team including transferring clients into the service, processing birth notices, interpreter bookings and centre maintenance
  • Maintain supplies of stationery and equipment for the service including public hand outs and information

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in counter and telephone customer service.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
  • Excellent computer literacy including Intermediate Word, Excel, Child Development Information System CDIS or CRM databases
  • Experience in administrative support roles for large and varied teams will be highly regarded.
  • A passion to deliver high-quality service to the community.
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History, Working with Children and Eligibility to Work check.
  • A curious, collaborative, and inclusive community mindset.
