Salary range $113,448 – $131,517 plus super

Who are you?
You have tertiary qualifications in business administration, project management, or a related field, with experience developing and maintaining business or project delivery frameworks. You excel at process mapping, designing tools, and driving improvements to enhance adherence to business processes. With an understanding of change management, you collaborate with teams to implement and embed changes, contribute to training programs, and build user capabilities.
You bring expertise in analysing and reporting on lessons learned, conducting audits, and supporting continuous improvement by identifying gaps, monitoring compliance, and fostering understanding of business frameworks. Your proactive and engaging approach ensures smooth integration of changes and drives operational excellence.

To put it simply… you will drive continuous process improvements to support the planning, delivery and maintaining of projects and programs that support hydropower assets that have been operating for over 100 years!
As a Business and Process Improvement Advisor, you will be…
✓ Refining and evolving business frameworks and processes to enhance portfolio and project delivery outcomes.
✓ Driving change management and process implementation within the Business Area to support organisational goals.
✓ Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by building and maintaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
✓ Interpreting and analysing data from various internal and external sources to uncover gaps and improvement opportunities, then developing process maps, tools, and solutions to strengthen business frameworks.
✓ Promoting awareness and understanding of business frameworks and their value, encouraging alignment and adoption.
