About the Position
 
We are looking for an organised and efficient ACM team member to support the Ticketing Services and Schools Engagement team in the efficient delivery of ticketing and event services at Arts Centre Melbourne in a fixed-term secondment to 7th September 2025. Full time fixed term to 7th September 2025. Band 2.2. $63,196.00 p.a. (pro-rata) plus superannuation.
 
 
Your Skills and Experience
  • Extensive administrative experience with strong customer service outcomes
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Adept at working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Experience with ticketing services, including processing sales, managing bookings and dispatching tickets
  • Strong organisational skills and initiative
  • Confidence with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Experience with Tessitura, HTML coding, Microsoft Office, and copywriting are strong advantages
  • Ability to work in an underground office environment and outside of regular hours as needed
 
 
About the Team
 
The Customer Service team is responsible for proactively delivering personalised services of value that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit. The team is comprised of service and support teams for Ticketing, Front of House, Car Park, Concierge, Guided Tours and applications that support all of these areas.
