ABOUT THE SCHOOL

Good Samaritan Catholic Primary School was formed in 2012 following the amalgamation of St Francis Xavier, Wollongong and St John Vianney’s, Fairy Meadow. The school aims to create an educational environment of love, faith, respect, trust, co-operation and harmony for each individual.

Good Samaritan upholds the Gospel values in every facet of school life. The school embeds the charism of St Benedict in a faith community that values making a difference in the lives of all those they meet. This reflects the message of the Good Samaritan who, many thousands of years ago, travelled along the road to Jericho.

Good Samaritan is an inclusive and compassionate community, promoting quality learning, journeying with Jesus, drawing all into the heart of God.
