About Client Services

The Client Services Lead will be part of a centralised service delivery team that interacts directly with new EDB customers across a wide range of industries, in assessing their investment needs and providing the right information or assistance to facilitate their plans in Singapore. The Client Services Lead will work close with the other industry development divisions and global operations, to secure new projects that translate into GDP growth and the creation of good jobs in Singapore. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for addressing enquiries from local and overseas investors looking to set up in Singapore over email, phone and meeting.
  • Identify and assess clients’ interest areas and needs
  • Accurately provide clients with information on Singapore’s business environment and connections to local partners
  • Develop Service Level Agreements with relevant EDB divisions so as to improve the quality of services provided to clients
  • Collaborate with different divisions across EDB and other government agencies, so as to provide the right assistance to clients.


Requirements:

  • Degree graduates 
  • Experience in customer service or client engagement will be an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English, and preferably Chinese as well
  • Fast and independent learner who can learn on-the-job
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • Possess service aptitude and the willingness to go the extra mile
