Your roles and responsibilities will be to:

  • Design, review and recommend changes to new and existing policies and programs for both local and overseas staff to ensure relevance and competitiveness
  • Manage the operationalization of new or changes to existing policies and programs
  • Oversee the international mobility portfolio for our overseas assignees. This involves the design and implementation of terms and benefits for overseas assignees, and regular reviews to ensure relevance of the terms.
  • Oversee the employment terms and benefits of our overseas locally recruited staff, which involves the full suite of HR support from recruitment, performance appraisal, salary review, etc
  • Design and review EDB’s compensation policies and schemes to ensure EDB is able to attract and retain talent

 

Requirements

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:

  • At least 4 years' relevant working experience in a HR policy, benefits or performance management function
  • Excellent analytical, systems thinking and communication skills
  • Organised, meticulous and strong in developing solutions and follow-through
  • Understanding of compensation structures or benefits schemes and/or HR information systems like SAP would be an advantage
