About Human Resources Division - Talent Performance & Rewards 

The Talent Performance & Rewards (TPR) team is critical in ensuring equity and consistency in the design of a total compensation package including staff benefits across different levels, performance management structures and payroll operations, which have the ability to influence the efficiency and performance of the entire organisation.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for managing the organisation's personnel data, payroll & claims systems.  Specifically, you will:

  • Update personnel, deployment, payroll & claims related information promptly and accurately into the SAP system
  • Assist in ensuring that the following transactions are made on time and within statutory and company requirements:  salary & bonus payments, payroll accounting, billings & invoices, benefit entitlement and claims, annual tax declarations, maintenance of payroll records, etc.  
  • Respond to complex payroll and claims related enquiries from line managers/employees and external/internal auditors, and prepare relevant reports for management and/or audit reporting
  • Facilitate security clearance screening
  • Arrange for tokens (e.g. fruit basket, condolence wreath) as part of the Board’s staff benefits programme
  • Other duties will be assigned from time to time by your line manager, including areas in:
    • compensation matters e.g. computation of Growth Plan or Corporate Bonus amounts under guidance
    • manpower budgeting
    • assisting out in awards and events


To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:

  • Preferably a Diploma in Business Studies/Finance
  • Some experience in payroll or compensation & benefits functions
  • Working knowledge of SAP HR Information System will be an advantage
  • Meticulous and comfortable with figures
  • Able to work under time pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
