We are looking for an experienced digital analyst to join EDB’s digital marketing team. This is a unique chance for a highly motivated individual contributor who can improve the marketing team’s data literacy and help the team make data-driven decisions. The ideal candidate is an analytical and systematic thinker, who is naturally curious about customer behaviour and passionate about using data to improve performance. Roles and Responsibilities



As our digital marketing analyst, you are responsible to collect, analyse and report on website and marketing data regarding visitors, leads, web behaviours and campaign effectiveness



  • Tagging implementation: Work with marketing teams and external vendors to determine the tracking and measurement requirements, including guiding vendors to implement the tagging and ensure that the tracking codes are installed and firing correctly
  • Performance reporting: Work with senior management and vendors to determine ongoing business intelligence needs in order to design and develop web analytics reports and dashboards. This will include co-developing website KPIs and tracking indicators with the relevant business and marketing teams
  • Campaign analysis: Uncover learnings and insights to guide search, social, email and paid media campaigns, including continuously mining Adobe Analytics data for information and insights to improve website performance
  • Web development and personalization: Work with the Website Marketing team to create test plans to enhance web visitors’ experience. This will include executing initiatives to drive quality web traffic to the website (eg. new features, SEO, paid media), generate leads (eg. web forms, pop-ups) and nurture leads (eg. remarketing)
  • Training and education: evangelize and train internal teams and stakeholders on web analytics metrics and dashboards



To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:



  • A degree in relevant discipline (eg. marketing, economics, statistics, math)
  • 2-5 years’ experience in digital marketing analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced user of web analytics tools (eg. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Experience in building performance dashboards using data visualization tools (eg. Adobe Analytics Google Data Studio, Tableau, Domo, Datorama)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good understanding of statistical analysis, inference and experimental design
  • Working knowledge of inbound marketing concepts and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, draw meaningful conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
  • Able to work independently, has strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Singaporean
