We are looking for an experienced marketing operations specialist to join EDB’s digital marketing team. Roles and Responsibilities
As our marketing operations specialist, you will manage the day-to-day operations of all EDB marketing campaigns primarily across search, email, social media and events.
KPI reporting and performance management: Build and manage performance dashboards, including leads database and funnel flow through
Technology selection, integration and optimisation: Assist in the planning, procurement, evaluation, selection, implementation and integration of new marketing systems and tools
Process engineering and optimisation: Manage, review and streamline marketing processes. This will also include developing and implementing workflows through service request forms, templates and process management tools.
Lead management: Develop, manage and improve lead nurturing processes (eg. scoring, qualification, handoffs) together with business and marketing stakeholders
Event marketing: Promote local and overseas events (eg. digital assets, event landing page, pre-event nurturing, post-event feedback) together with business and marketing stakeholders
Digital system management: Administrate and ensure governance, data cleanliness and overall system health
Training and education: Evangelize, train and socialize internal business and marketing teams on new systems and processes
To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be
A degree in any discipline
2-5 years in marketing operations roles, preferably in a B2B organization
Hands-on experience in Eloqua, Adobe Experience Management, Adobe Target, Sprinklr, Tableau, as well as workflow management tools, event management apps and CRM systems
Working knowledge of inbound marketing concepts and best practices.

Strong attention to details
Able to effectively engage and manage multiple stakeholders and their needs and expectations
Able to manage multiple projects while keeping to deadlines
