About Human Resources Division - Talent Attraction 

 

The Talent Attraction (TA) team is instrumental in driving branding, selection and sourcing strategies that position and promote EDB as an employer of choice and developing organisational competence in assessment and selection frameworks. We are in the business of building a strong pipeline and securing capable talent critical for EDB’s success.

 

We are looking for a HR Marketing and Communications Officer to join our team of passionate and people-oriented individuals.  This is an excellent opportunity for you to take part in shaping and implementing employer branding strategies, as well as to strengthen communications and engagement within EDB.

 

As HR Marketing and Communications Officer, you will:

  • Create content/collaterals for social media content and internal communications in various formats (including EDMs, static posts and videos).
    • Create and optimise copy for content across various platforms.
    • Conduct social media monitoring and assess the performance of EDB’s social media accounts.
    • Research and identify story ideas, including interviewing internal stakeholders for features
    • Take on photography responsibilities for events and interview features.
    • Support the planning and execution of HR events and activities.
    • Gather and review participant’s feedback on events and activities.
    • Collaborate closely with the rest of the HR team, Marketing Division and creative agencies/vendors.

 

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:

  • Knowledge/experience in Marketing/Communications/HR will be advantageous.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Flair for photography and storytelling.
  • Passionate about social media and event management.
  • Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and video-making software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently under time pressure.
  • Singaporean.
