About Human Resources & Organisation Development

 

You will be part of a dynamic Human Resources & Organisation Development (HROD) division that formulates and implements people and digital initiatives to support business strategies and maximize the potential of our employees. This opening is for the Organisation Development (OD) team, the team responsible for driving the organisation’s employee engagement, culture and transformation strategies.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Staff Events: Plan, organise and implement staff engagement events, including procurement of event-related services and management of vendors (e.g. venue, catering, tech), logistics, programme coordination, event communications and support.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives:  Plan, develop and administer employee engagement initiatives e.g. staff awards, corporate merchandise, teambuilding, engagement sessions. Perform day-to-day operations of these initiatives and continuous improvement based on data and feedback.
  • Engagement Analysis: Organise regular data gathering on employee sentiments (e.g. employee engagement surveys, pulse survey). Analyse the data to identify patterns and insights, and present findings to management and stakeholders.

 

To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in event management, internal communication, organisation development, human resources or a related field. Fresh graduates with substantial part-time/ internship experience may apply.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills  
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in data analysis on Excel and creating engaging presentations on Powerpoint
  • Proficiency in organising events using tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar
  • Proficiency in engagement, collaboration and design tools such as Forms, Mentimeter, Miro, Padlet, Canva or similar will be an added advantage
  • Independent, organised and meticulous
  • Singaporean
