About the Administration & Corporate Records and Information Services (ADMIN& CRIS) Division
ADMIN&CRIS team provides essential physical, administrative and knowledge services to create a safe and well – governed, efficient and effective workplace for EDB Officers to achieve EDB’s organisation goals. In this role, you will be part of the ADMIN&CRIS that supports the planning and management of EDB workplaces and assets. Your primary roles would be the main Project Co-ordinator for Jalan Bukit Merah campus asset enhancement project and a supporting member of the Our Future Workplace team.
This is a great opportunity for you to learn and develop essential critical thinking, facility & project management skills to run future related facilities and property projects. In addition, you will level up your understanding on the project life cycle and how to plan, oversee and control project performance. Overtime, you will gain confidence in your role and be able to solve complex project related challenges.
For the Jalan Bukit Merah campus project, you will be delivering the following:
Strong planning, administrative and logistics support for the renovation projects, including meetings and works scheduling and delivery of programmes and activities.
Effective communications and coordination with relevant stakeholders including with authorities, SMF & sub-tenants, project consultants and managers to communicate renovation plan, seeking alignments in project schedules, milestones and resolving issues associated with project implementation; and
Proper management of all project documentations including tenders, status updates, reports, budgets, contract variation orders and contract requirements.
Support the JBM tenancy contract process
Support the procurement process of goods and services required for the project.
As a member of the Our Future Workplace team, you will also be supporting:
Administrative and logistics coordination work including scheduling and organisation of OFW activities, e.g. move management
Preparation and execution of OFW change management activities
Procurement of goods and services for the projects
The Project Officer may also be tasked to assist with other ADMIN&CRIS events and workstreams.
To meet the challenges of this role, the candidate must:

Be able to manage several tasks and workstreams effectively and in a timely manner
Be able to work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Be able to learn quickly and deliver on assigned tasks
Possess strong written and communication skills
Be proficient in the use of:
MS Office, including some experience in data analysis on Excel and effective use of PowerPoint
Events and communication tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams or similar technology
Engagement, collaboration and design apps and tools such as Forms, Miro, Padlet, Canva or similar will be an added advantage
