About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Insights Manager to join the digital marketing team to formulate intelligent, data-driven strategies to scale demand generation, strengthen EDB’s relationship with our customers throughout their life cycle and drive high-value behaviours.
The opportunity is both strategic and operational. We are looking for a highly motivated individual contributor who can work at the strategic level - deepening our understanding of our customers’ lifecycle journey and enhancing user segmentation to target our messages to the right user at the right time. At the tactical level, you will bring a systematic performance measurement framework and consistency to reporting and aid in automating KPI reporting with relevant dashboards and reporting from data across all digital platforms for campaign measurement, channel performance, and experimentation reporting.
You will be responsible for the following:
Define the customer lifecycle strategy through collaboration with internal teams and partner agencies to scale demand generation and increase customer engagement and retention.
Deliver insights into customer behaviour by combining multi-channel data to discover growth opportunities for each lifecycle stage.
Build reporting and dashboard capabilities, leveraging data visualisation techniques to communicate key performance and actionable insights effectively with senior stakeholders.
Drive the discovery of analytical opportunities and data-driven solutions to grow the capabilities of the digital team.
Collaborate with the data & tech team on various topics, including data modelling and data attributes, and develop analytical solutions, etc.
Source and work with new data partners to bring new insights to the business.
You should have the following:
Inquisitive nature
Problem framing and problem-solving capabilities to better direct analysis requirements; comfort with ambiguity
Robust data and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced Excel capabilities, including the use of macros
Ability to blend quantitative and qualitative data
Ability to obtain and clean data efficiently
Qualifications:
6 years of experience in data analytics/BI/performance analysis role.
Strong understanding of B2B business environment, needs and conditions, and proven knowledge of digital marketing.
Strong experience in working with Audience/user data, segmentation, personas, predictive models such as churn, propensity scoring, etc.
Proficient in the development of visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
Experienced with media platforms such as Google Ads Platform, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, Linkedin Business Manager.
Familiar with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics.
Using SQL/Excel to support data exploration from large data sets.
Effective communicator, able to translate data insights to business impact.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders from different backgrounds.
