About the Role
Are you passionate about driving operational efficiency and making a real impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Workforce Support Officer to join our team and help shape the future of workforce planning and optimisation.
As a key member of our Business Operations team, you’ll support the Workforce Planning Manager in ensuring our service centre is resourced effectively to exceed performance standards. This is your opportunity to work across teams, influence strategic decisions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties
It’s an exciting time at icare where no two days are the same; as a Workforce Support Officer you will:
Forecasting, scheduling, and real-time workforce management to meet service targets and KPIs.
Analysing workforce trends and performance data to inform strategic planning.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align workforce planning with business priorities.
Driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights and BI reporting.
Supporting operational projects and responding to stakeholder queries.
Skills & Experience
Advanced Excel skills will be critical for managing complex data analysis, dynamic reporting, task automation, and efficient handling of large datasets
Experience in workforce planning or scheduling operations.
Strong analytical skills and experience with cloud-based systems & BI Tools.
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
(Desirable) Experience in the financial services or insurance industry.
