Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an experienced recruitment professional to join our high performing internal HR team. This role will be based at our Wentworth Point, Sydney office. 

In this role you will be responsible for the effective management of end-to-end recruitment, including proactive searching and market mapping, posting advertisements, candidate screening, coordinating and conducting interviews, reference checking and onboarding new employees.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter with:

  • 5+ years’ experience in all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Prior experience in the civil/infrastructure, construction and engineering sectors with established networks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels
  • Internal recruitment or HR experience highly regarded.
