About the role

We are looking for an experienced administration professional to join our high performing project teams based on sites across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.  You will provide vital administrative support to the team, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation. Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the projects, with tasks including:

  • Preparation and recording of internal and external documentation, correspondence and reports
  • Permit applications
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance
  • Timely management of records and notices
  • Assist in contract negotiations and claim management
  • Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project.

About you

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles
  • High level of understanding of construction documentation
  • Experience working on urban or landscape projects including parklands, subdivisions and public infrastructure will be highly regarded
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated high level interpersonal skills, including negotiation and conflict management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience using SharePoint and the Microsoft Office suite.
