About the role:

We are looking for an experienced administration professional to join our high performing project team, based in our office. You will provide vital administrative support to the team, efficiently and autonomously implementing and managing key processes and documentation. Drawing on your excellent communication skills, you will build positive relationships across all levels to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a variety projects, with tasks including:

  • Processing of Subcontractor Claims
  • Health and Safey Compliance 
  • Sub-contractor Management and onboarding
  • Drafting and Issuing Subcontractor Contracts
  • Issuing Tax Invoices to clients and following up on payment dates
  • Accurate and timely project drawing management
  • Timely management of daily procurement and commercial documentation
  • Setting and maintaining administration standards and best practice across the project

To be successful in this role, you will need

  • Previous Contracts Administration Experience
  • Experience in the construction industry  
  • Experience in the reporting, reviewing and analysis of project documentation
