About the role  

The Change Coordinator will support the Organisational Change Lead with the delivery of ERP and digital transformation change initiatives across BMD Group. This role will assist in the planning and execution of change management activities, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, and adoption of new systems and processes.

This role requires someone confident working within a large, fast-paced organisation and comfortable communicating across diverse stakeholder groups, including a remote and site-based workforce. We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in communications within infrastructure, construction or engineering environments. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Working with the Organisational Change Lead to drive adoption rates, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and support effective training across the organisation, ensuring minimal disruption throughout the business transition.
  • Support the implementation of change management strategies and plans across various BMD projects.
  • Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities and maintain stakeholder registers, as directed by Change Lead.
  • Assist in delivering communication materials and work with stakeholders to develop training needs assessments for end users.
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and assist with project updates as required.
  • Monitor resistance, and conduct readiness and change impact assessments across the business units
  • Support training needs analysis and coordinate training delivery
  • Monitor and report on change in readiness and adoption of metrics
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure change activities align with project milestones Maintain documentation and records of change management activities.
  • Assist in developing current state vs future state documentation and project training materials.
  • Gain experience in project reporting, including status reports, updates to project schedules, and contributions to project steering committee packs.
  • Provide support with scheduling, setting agendas, and taking minutes and actions from project meetings.
  • Maintain issue and risk logs.
