  • Deliver high-quality graphics, layouts, presentations, digital assets, social media visuals, video and other multi-channel content.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with BMD’s brand, style and values, maintaining consistency across business units and projects.
  • Collaborate closely with communications, marketing, project and leadership teams to develop creative solutions that support business priorities.
  • Support campaigns, events and community initiatives with visual storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-region and multi-brand environment.

You are:

  • Highly creative with a strong eye for design, typography and visual storytelling.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro desirable), Figma, Canva (for templatised work) and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable with basic motion and animation.
  • Experienced in creating content for both digital and print channels.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Skilled at translating technical or complex information into clear, engaging visual communications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and project coordination skills.

You have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating versatile design work across digital, print, social media, and presentations.
  • Experience working with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver design solutions that support strategic objectives.
