You will support the delivery of communications initiatives across multiple BMD projects and business units, creating content that connects people, clients and communities while strengthening BMD’s brand and reputation. You will work closely with senior advisors, project teams and corporate functions to deliver consistent, high-quality communications.

Your accountabilities:

  • Support business initiatives by helping communicate updates and key messages across teams.
  • Help monitor and report on engagement, using feedback and analytics to improve communications.
  • Promote BMD’s values and culture through communications and content.

You are:

  • Deeply curious and thrive in fast-paced, multi-region environments.
  • A problem solver, using data, creativity and systems thinking to address communications challenges.
  • Delivery-focused, ensuring initiatives are executed on time and with sustainable impact.
  • Highly collaborative, building strong relationships across teams, regions and business units.
  • A confident communicator, capable of engaging with senior leadership and project teams.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery of communications plans and campaigns.
  • Assist in creating content for multiple channels, including intranet, newsletters, video, presentations and social media.
  • Help coordinate photography, videography, and digital content capture to support storytelling and project promotion.
  • Collaborate with communications advisors and project teams to ensure messaging is clear and consistent.
  • Support initiatives by helping communicate updates and key messages across teams.

You have:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in communications, marketing or public relations.
  • Tertiary qualification in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills across multiple channels.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for content creation and distribution.
  • Collaborative, adaptable and proactive with attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project-based industries is desirable but not essential.
