About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our high-performing project team in Perth. In this pivotal role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site. You’ll manage key processes and documentation with precision and autonomy, while building strong relationships across all levels of the project team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and record internal and external correspondence accurately and efficiently
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive contract and project filing systems
  • Manage daily procurement and commercial documentation in a timely manner
  • Support project reporting, compliance, and governance requirements
  • Assist with onboarding and maintaining workforce records
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minute-taking for project stakeholders
  • Set and maintain administration standards and best practice across the project

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in project administration, ideally within civil construction
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with document control and compliance processes
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience using SharePoint and/or JobPac (or similar project management systems)
  • Familiarity with procurement processes and financial reporting
  • Understanding of WHS and quality compliance requirements
