About the role

As a Graduate Digital Engineer, you will support the Digital Engineering Team in delivering project-wide digital deliverables. You will contribute to the creation, coordination, and management of digital models and data, enabling the project to be designed virtually and built efficiently on site.

Key responsibilities

As a Graduate Digital Engineer, you will get the opportunity to: 

  • Support digital engineering and BIM workflows by assisting with model reviews, validation checks, and coordination activities across engineering disciplines
  • Help implement and maintain digital standards and processes, including supporting the development and application of BIM protocols, digital workflows, and information management procedures
  • Support data and information management, ensuring accurate information capture, quality control, and effective use of digital tools and field technologies
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying lessons learned, enhancing digital practices, and promoting collaboration and positive team culture.
  • Actively participate in training initiatives and skill development programs. 

About you

To be successful, you will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Awareness of, or hands-on experience with, Building Information Modelling (BIM) - preferred but not essential
  • A strong interest in digital technologies and a willingness to learn new systems and software
  • Passion for problem solving, improving efficiency, and supporting better outcomes on site
  • Attention to detail with excellent communication and teamwork skills
