Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Procurement Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide administration and costings support to the Services Team and the wider Procurement business nationally. As an individual with strong attention to detail and excellent relationship-building skills, you will apply your expertise to:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administration and costings support to the broader procurement team.
Manage administration tasks including on-charging invoices and fees, reviewing credit card statements, uploading agency extracts, processing refunds, auditing commissions, and monitoring the accounts inbox.
Assist in operational duties of the BMD Procurement Services Team where required.
Support the Uniforms Inbox, including managing the ordering of PPE for the BMD Group.
Understand BMD’s staff relocation policy and initiate the relocation process when required.
Understand and adhere to procurement policies, procedures, and internal control standards.
Additional Requirements:
Highly driven and self-motivated.
High attention to detail with the ability to work across multiple systems.
Broad understanding of the travel and accommodation industry.
Ability to work effectively in an integrated team environment.
Perform other related duties as required.
Current driver’s license.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Tramada (mid-office) systems experience and intermediate Excel skills preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously.
Demonstrated tact and diplomacy.
