About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our project delivery team on the Palmer Wind Farm in South Australia.  This is a great opportunity to be part of a landmark renewable energy project while developing your career in the construction industry.

We are open to experienced administrators, as well as traineeship candidates or individuals looking to start their career in construction - no prior construction experience required, just a positive attitude and strong desire to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site team
• Managing site documentation, records, and filing systems
• Assisting with procurement, purchase orders, and invoice processing
• Coordinating site inductions, onboarding, and training records
• Maintaining workforce and timesheet data
• Supporting travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements
• Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with company systems and procedures

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, eager learn and motivated to develop their career.

• Previous administration or customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• A positive attitude and willingness to develop your career in construction
