| Are you a caring, committed, and enthusiastic individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We’re on the lookout for passionate Support Workers to join our dedicated team in Ystrad Mynach, providing person-centred care in our 24/7 Supported Living services.
Shifts Include:
• Various part time opportunities available
• Day Shifts: 7:30am–3:00pm | 3:00pm–9:30pm | 11:00am–7:00pm
• Waking Night Shifts: 9:30pm–7:30am (+ £12.15 + 20% per hour)
• Sleep-In Shifts: Additional to day shifts (+ £62.64 per shift)
What You’ll Need:
• A genuine passion for supporting individuals with complex health needs
• Flexibility – our service runs 24/7 and shift patterns vary
• A full UK manual driving licence – you’ll be supporting individuals with mobility needs
• This role is open to women only, due to the specific care needs of the people we support
