| We are looking for a Community Caretaker to play a key role in the care, upkeep, and day‑to‑day management of apartments and communal areas, while delivering an excellent, visible service to residents. This is a varied, hands on role combining caretaking, customer service, health and safety, and community engagement.
You will act as a friendly and approachable presence on site, supporting residents, carrying out inspections, overseeing cleaning and minor repairs, and liaising with colleagues, contractors, and partner agencies. A key part of the role is working alongside customers and partners to enable community to flourish, including supporting participation in gardening, growing vegetables and plants, and helping maintain and manage their balconies and shared green spaces.
This role suits someone who is practical, green fingered, organised, customer focused, and motivated to create safe, welcoming environments where residents feel empowered supported and connected. |

• Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support and in line with current legislation, this role is restricted to applicants who are biologically female.

This is a 16-hour permanent part-time role, with an additional sleep-in shift (Day shifts typically run from 7am to 11pm)
Our service operates 24/7, so flexibility is essential. You’ll work a rolling rota covering days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts
