| We’re looking for caring and enthusiastic Support Workers (relief) to work across 2 of our Supported Living services in Neath & Glynneath.
This service operates 24/7, so flexibility is key! You’ll work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins and wakeful nights. Typical day shifts run from 7am – 11pm with sleep-ins as additional hours and pay!
Due to the needs of those we support, we’re looking for:

✅ A full UK driving licence and access to your own car

| We’re looking for an enthusiastic Support Worker (Health Needs) to join our friendly and supportive Supported Living services team in Port Tennant, Swansea. In this rewarding role, you’ll be helping adults with complex needs live more independently – making every day meaningful.
Our service runs 24/7, so flexibility is important. Shifts include:
• Day shifts: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
• Waking night shifts: 8:00 pm – 8:00 am (enhanced rates)
✅ Experience working with adults with complex needs
✅ A full UK manual driving licence (you’ll be driving mobility vehicles)
✅ A 27 hour permanent part-time role with waking nights as extra
