| Linc is a not for profit organisation operating across South Wales and provides social and affordable homes for rent and to buy. Our intermediate and market rent schemes provide homes to people who are unable to buy due to the current economic climate or who want to rent but do not qualify for social housing.
You will be responsible for the cleaning of the communal areas as well as the store cupboards outside.
Previous experience is desirable but more importantly, you must be reliable and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. |

| We have an opportunity for a passionate and caring person to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in our Supported Living Service in Llanelli.
This is a fully flexible relief position. This service needs to be staffed 24/7 so you will be required to work various shift patterns including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights and sleep in shifts as part of a rolling rota. Day shifts are typically split between 7am-11pm, with 8 hour sleeps ins as extra (these shifts are lone working).
** Due to the needs of the individuals we support in this service, a full UK manual driving licence and access to a car is required **

The Domestic Team play a huge role within Wellwood House as they ensure that communal areas are kept clean and tidy for our tenants.
If you like keeping busy and have an eye for detail, this is the role for you! We’ll give you the key to our cupboard full of cleaning tricks – plus all the training you need, so you know what products to use, where and when.

| Linc Cymru operates Extra Care Schemes for older people across Cardiff. We are looking for some addition help and can offer an immediate start for the right applicant.
You will work alongside the existing team to lay and clear tables, prepare food and keep the kitchen area clean, tidy and safe. Ideally you will have some experience of working within a commercial kitchen environment, however what is important is a good work ethic, being a quick learner, and being prepared to help out wherever needed. |
