| Are you passionate about making a positive impact in someone’s life? We are looking for dedicated Support Workers with experience in support work and a knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support to empower an incredible young gentleman with Learning Disabilities and Autism in Risca.
Our 24/7 service offers:
• 30 hour shift including a waking night
• Day Shifts: 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm or 11am-6pm/12pm-7pm
• Waking Night Shifts: 10pm-8am
• Work-Life Balance – Rotas provided 6 weeks in advance.

| Join our dynamic team as a Peripatetic Support Worker, providing flexible support across services in Caerphilly where it’s needed most.
These are 24/7 services, so flexibility and reliability are key. You’ll be part of a rotating schedule that includes a combination of day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and sleep-in or waking night shifts.
What We Offer:
• Competitive hourly rate of £12.75 – equivalent to £24,531 annually (FTE)
• Day Shifts:7:30am–3:00pm / 3:00pm–9:30pm / 10:30am–10:00pm / 11:00am–7:00pm, including
• Sleep-In Shifts: + £62.64 per shift or a
• Waking Night Shifts: 10pm–7am (+£12.15 + 20% per hour)
