As a Support Worker, you’ll do more than provide care, you’ll empower individuals to live fulfilling, independent lives. This role requires patience, creativity, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
This is a varied 10.5-hour shift role where no two days are the same. You will:
• Work both independently (lone working) and as part of a team
• Support individuals at home and out in the community
• Work early shifts from 7am and evening shifts
• Have opportunities to complete waking night shifts
• Be part of a rolling rota, including weekends
You’ll Need
• A full UK manual driving licence (essential for supporting mobility vehicles)

We’re looking for a compassionate and motivated Support Worker to join our Supported Living team in Swansea, supporting four incredible individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs to live full, active, and independent lives in a welcoming bungalow setting.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting people both at home and out in the community, from everyday routines to meaningful experiences, so being a confident manual driver with a full UK licence is essential. You’ll work a varied shift pattern including day shifts (7:30am–3:00pm or 3:00pm–9:00pm) and waking nights (8:00pm–8:00am), with enhanced rates for night work.
We’re looking for someone who is caring, reliable, and physically able to support manual handling, but above all, someone who is passionate about empowering others to live as independently as possible. In return, you’ll be part of a warm, supportive team where you can build genuine relationships and develop valuable skills in complex care.
