| We have an opportunity for a passionate and caring person to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in our Supported Living services in Abergavenny.
We are offering a 17-hour permanent part-time role within a service that operates 24/7.
To meet the needs of the service, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, wakeful nights, and sleep-in shifts, all as part of a rolling rota.
Day shifts typically run between 7:00am and 11:00pm. Sleep-in shifts (usually 8–9 hours) are in addition to your contracted hours.
Flexibility is essential, and full support and training will be provided.

Support Worker (Maternity Cover)

| We have an opportunity for passionate and caring people to join our dedicated team of Support Workers in our Supported Living service in Abergavenny.
We are currently recruiting for a 22 hour maternity position for 1 year.
Due to the nature of the service, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts, as part of a rolling rota with every other weekend off.
Typical day shifts run between 7:00am and 10:30pm. Sleep-in shifts are in addition to your contracted hours and usually follow this pattern:
• Shift Example 1: 08:00am start → sleep-in → finish at 08:00am the next day
• Shift Example 2: 15:00pm start → sleep-in → finish at 15:00pm the next day
While not all shifts will be 24 hours, you must be available and willing to work this pattern as needed.

As part of a dedicated team, you will be required to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts, following a rolling rota with every other weekend off.
Day shifts typically run between 8:00am and 10:30pm, with sleep-in shifts (paid in addition to contracted hours) included as required.
Typical shift patterns may include:
• 08:00am start → sleep-in → finish at 08:00am the following day
• 15:00pm start → sleep-in → finish at 15:00pm the following day
Not all shifts are 24 hours in length, but there is an expectation to work this type of pattern when needed.
