Aston Martin Lagonda is calling for an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Programme Manager to lead the delivery of its most complex larger scale and strategically critical vehicle programmes. This role sits within the Project Management department —the engine room of Aston Martin’s cross functional project creation teams . From initial concept studies new vehicles becoming establishing in series production, you’ll be instrumental driving projects to achieve their quality, cost and timing targets.

You’ll guide and oversee the daily execution of programme objectives, ensuring your dedicated project management resources are effectively leading the wider cross functional team.. Your leadership will ensure that product definitions are precisely created and cascaded from customer level targets, cross-functional alignment is maintained, and every build phase (virtual or digital) meets expectations. You’ll actively chair programme steering team meetings, steer financial reviews alongside the Finance team, and manage delivery milestones via the company processes such as MISSION and Strategic Evaluation Letters / Product Definition Letters.

You’ll bring technical and commercial clarity across the vehicle line working side by side with your Vehicle engineering Manager, handling everything from timing plans and ETRS requirements to BOM readiness and gateway adherence. Crucially, you’ll also drive forward change management—assessing and approving requests, setting containment actions, and aligning stakeholders across departments.

Beyond project delivery, you’ll lead and develop your team within the home function, supporting career growth and championing a consistent, high-performing approach to programme management. Your role will demand collaboration across Engineering, Commercial, Operations, and Planning teams, making you a vital figure in ensuring every vehicle project is completed to financial, technical, and operational targets.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a degree in Engineering or a related field, coupled with extensive experience in OEM programme delivery. You should be confident managing new product introduction schemes and comfortable navigating multi-phase engineering and manufacturing environments. A logical and proactive mindset is key, along with exceptional communication skills and proven leadership across matrixed teams.
