Employee Relations Specialist

Mercedes AMG HPP are looking for an Exceptional ER Specialist to join the HR Department of our World Championship winning team, based in Brixworth. The ER Specialist will take primary responsibility for supporting the business in handling the full range of ER issues. The role requires the job holder to partner with HPPs leaders and line managers to proactively manage the full spectrum of Employee Relations topics, maintaining high professional standards whilst achieving timely and practical none bureaucratic solutions in a challenging environment.

Purpose of the role is to…

 

The job holder will take primary responsibility for supporting the business in handling the full range of Employee Relations issues.  You will also take accountability for enhancing the performance of the business unit; by developing relationships with stakeholders to deliver business results.

·Motivating line management to take accountability and support the growth and development of a business area.

·Coaching and advising leaders by develop management and leadership capabilities.

·Proactively devise HR solutions, as well as architect and implement solutions around staff retention, team building, organisational change and design.

·Forming collaborative relationships with business unit leaders.

·Partnering with senior business leaders to understand business strategies and challenges; identify talent gaps, opportunities for change.
