Recruitment Manager

Mercedes AMG HPP are seeking an exceptional Recruitment Manager to join our world championship winning team at Brixworth. The purpose of the role is to own the recruitment process end to end and be accountable for recruitment delivery and quickly find and attract the very best talent for hard to fill technical roles. Each hire should raise the bar vs existing employees. You should help the business to select the correct candidates for the job and make sure that everyone involved in the hiring process (hiring managers, successful candidates and unsuccessful candidates etc.) has a great experience. You will manage any agencies or 3rd parties involved in the recruitment process and foster positive relationships, making sure that the associated on-boarding administration is completed promptly and professionally whilst providing transparency on recruitment activities, by creating and generating informative and timely reports and metrics
