• Practical experience of working in the production of electrical/electronic assemblies for high reliability applications.
• Effective ability to manage a portfolio of suppliers with confidence.
• Manufacturing of Hybrid/Electronic components and systems
• Knowledge of application of GD&T
• Experience of New Product Introductions
• Electrical/Electronic testing and failure analysis
• Understanding of Li-Ion cell and Battery System technology (preferred) or of other electrical commodity

• Understanding the documentation required for production validation
• Interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
• Being SAP and Microsoft Office applications literate
• Problem Solving Techniques (six-sigma, 8D, etc…)
