What You’ll Do

  • Work closely with our experienced build teams on a variety of mechanical, electronic, and hybrid products.
  • Gain hands-on experience assembling and building critical components.
  • Receive training on Siemens NX CAD software and be involved in design activities.
  • Participate in designing and procuring innovative ideas to improve our build process and procedures.
  • Engage with the team to suggest continuous improvements to product reliability and quality.
  • Collaborate across departments in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where no two days are the same.
  • Bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to help solve engineering challenges and enhance our competitive edge.

What We Need from You

  • A curious, tenacious, and driven individual eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • On track to achieve a minimum of a 2:1 in an Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Automotive degree.
  • Ideally, previous experience with Siemens NX or Visual Basic.
  • Creative and innovative mindset to overcome engineering challenges.
  • Adaptable and resilient, able to handle the pressures of being race-ready.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills — able to engage effectively with senior managers and peers alike.
  • While an interest in cars or racing isn’t required, a thirst for knowledge and willingness to learn is essential.
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to help the team succeed.
