At Guild Group, we're looking for a Risk & Compliance Business Partner to join our highly regarded Risk, Audit & Compliance team and support risk and compliance across Guild Insurance.

You'll partner with leaders across the business to provide practical risk and compliance advice, strengthen risk maturity and support the ongoing effectiveness of our risk framework. You'll build trusted relationships and help ensure Guild continues to meet its regulatory obligations.

This is a highly visible role where you'll work closely with leaders across the business, helping turn risk and compliance requirements into practical business outcomes.

What you'll be doing

  • Partner with business leaders to provide risk and compliance advice
  • Support risk assessments, control reviews and compliance monitoring
  • Monitor regulatory obligations and emerging regulatory change
  • Support incident management, governance and reporting activities
  • Drive awareness of risk and compliance across the business
  • Help uplift risk maturity and control effectiveness

About you

You are a commercially minded risk and compliance professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders and helping solve business problems. You can balance strong risk discipline with a pragmatic approach and are confident engaging with leaders across the organisation.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience working in risk and/or compliance within financial services, general insurance preferable
  • Understanding of operational risk management and regulatory compliance requirements
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • The ability to analyse information, identify key risks and recommend practical solutions
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style
  • Attention to detail and accuracy of documentation and record keeping
  • Experience working within a second line risk or compliance environment will be highly regarded
  • Exposure to Protecht or similar GRC systems will be advantageous
