Term: Full Time Permanent, 2 days in office and 3 days WFH
Gold Cross Products & Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Pharmacy Guild of Australia. As we continue to evolve and grow, we're looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy, growth and positioning of our products, services and partnership portfolio.
This is not a traditional corporate marketing role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys building, creating and problem-solving. Someone who can think strategically, roll up their sleeves when needed, and bring fresh ideas to a business entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will lead the marketing direction for Gold Cross, supporting both established products and emerging business initiatives.
Key areas of focus will include:
- Driving growth and market engagement for our flagship consumer brand, Glucojel
- Developing compelling marketing strategies and campaigns across B2B and B2C audiences
- Strengthening awareness and engagement of Gold Cross products, services and partner programs
- Leading website, content and digital marketing initiatives
- Building and mentoring our offshore Manila-based marketing team
- Supporting the launch and growth of new business ventures and strategic partnerships
- Working closely with stakeholders across Gold Cross, The Pharmacy Guild, partner organisations and industry groups to deliver commercial outcomes
We're seeking a commercially minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior marketing, brand or product marketing role
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to delivery
- Experience managing multiple projects, campaigns or product portfolios simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- The ability to operate autonomously and make decisions with confidence
- Experience coaching, mentoring or leading remote teams
- A growth mindset, curiosity and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong digital marketing and customer engagement capability
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Enjoys variety and doesn't want to work on just one brand
- Is comfortable working with ambiguity and helping shape new ideas
- Loves balancing strategy with execution
- Brings an agency mindset, entrepreneurial spirit or experience working across multiple products, brands or clients
- Gets energy from building relationships and creating commercial opportunities
Experience That Would Be Helpful
- Marketing experience within healthcare, pharmacy, retail health, FMCG or related sectors
- Experience working with partnerships, membership organisations or franchise networks
- Experience leading offshore or distributed teams
Pharmacy industry experience is advantageous but not essential. We're more interested in finding an exceptional marketer with the right mindset, commercial capability and drive to make an impact.
