The role:
The Manager, Faculty Insights and Analytics is responsible for leading the Faculty Insights and Analytics team to provide analysis of faculty, university and sector-wide financial, student, course evaluation and research data to assist in faculty planning and reporting. The Manager, Faculty Insights and Analytics will utilise their expertise to anticipate business requirements and ensure the provision of high quality, efficient and effective planning and analysis that supports effective decision-making across and within the faculties. The position leads the academic workload allocation function from a system and process perspective and provides strategic reporting to Faculties and Schools to enable continuous improvement.
As the Manager, Faculty Insights and Analytics, you will:
- Lead with values, ethics and emotional intelligence to grow team resilience, inclusion and performance and set clear standards of expected behaviour and celebrate and reward outstanding performance.
- Establish systems and procedures to guide work and track progress and strive for excellence and continually evaluate progress and effectively overcomes barriers to achieve outcomes.
- Support and guide others in managing their workload, role model optimism in times of change and strive for balance in behaviour in terms of inclusivity, sustainability and excellence.
- Work collaboratively with others in applying a structured approach to solving problems utilising key data sources and reaching agreement on best course of action
- Identify and lead the Insights and Analytics team with a substantial focus on analysing data and providing insights that are useful to the audience and delivered in a way that is easily understood.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
- Working with Children’s Check (Employee) or willing to obtain
