As a Specialist, Clinical Trial Quality and Compliance you will:

  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Implement quality assurance processes aligned with university policies, national and international clinical trial standards and legislation.
  • Monitor and Report: Conduct internal audits and generate data to track and report on clinical trial quality and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across internal and external collaborators to support compliant trial delivery.
  • Educate and Empower: Develop training materials and foster continuous learning to promote high-quality clinical trial practices.
  • Drive Inclusive Excellence: Lead change, encourage innovation, and promote collaboration to achieve impactful, inclusive outcomes.
  • Lead with Autonomy: Take ownership of the role, work independently, and shape the position to drive innovation and lasting impact.

                                                                                                                                                                                      

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience; or
  • Extensive experience and management expertise; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical research, with a focus on clinical trial governance, conduct and quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials.
