As an Assistant, Hospitality, you will:

  • Provide general administrative support to bookings, contracts and data maintenance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders including staff, corporate partners, suppliers, contractors, clients, and visitors. Contribute to engaging clients and developing strong, collaborative working relationships.
  • Ensure a high-level of customer service, adhere to all quality requirements and participate in reviews of work practices to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure continuous enhancement of service delivery.
  • Adhere to all set health, wellbeing and safety requirements.
  • Respond to customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, escalating for resolution where necessary, ensuring a positive customer experience.

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • Completion of an Associate Diploma level qualifications with relevant work experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience
  • Completion of a post-Trades Certificate or Advanced Certificate and extensive relevant and on the job training; or
  • An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  • Experienced knowledge of food, produce and service cultures.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
  • Experience in events/projects team.
