About the role:

As an Analyst, Change and Improvement you will be part of the university-wide change management and improvement function.  In this role you will be identifying impacts resulting from changes to people, process, systems and culture, as well as the development and delivery of key documentation to support the successful implementation of change activities. 

As an Analyst, Change and Improvement, you will:

  • Analyse complex information and provide insights to support decision-making on change activities.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement change through workshops, discovery sessions and training coordination.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with team members, colleagues and partners, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities and expectations within teams.  
  • Seek and respond to feedback to improve services and project outcomes.  
  • Plan and prioritise work and critical activities appropriately, evaluate progress, recognise and remove barriers, deliver outcomes, and apply learnings.
  • Actively encourage and coach others to question traditional assumptions, promote ideas and review practices and policies and translate into tangible change and workplace improvements                                                                                                                                                                                      

To be successful, you’ll have:

  • A Degree with substantial subsequent experience; or equivalent 
  • Experience delivering complex work 
  • Strong analytical and change management capability 
  • Experience as a business analyst or similar in a change or process improvement environment 
  • Ability to operate independently 
  • Experience in complex environments
