As a Research Fellow, you will:
- Support and lead high‑impact research across interdisciplinary and industry‑partnered projects, driving breakthroughs and real‑world solutions.
- Secure competitive funding and support commercialisation and translation activities that elevate the national research profile.
- Translate research into action by shaping policies, frameworks, strategies, and innovations recognised for quality and impact.

To be successful, you’ll have:
- A PhD‑level foundation and an emerging research reputation supported by quality publications and successful funding outcomes.
- A strong track record in health or nursing research, with the ability to design, lead and deliver high‑quality, solution‑focused projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, enabling you to build productive relationships across academia, industry and government.
- Leadership capability, with the confidence to guide research teams, mentor HDR students and contribute to strategic and administrative activities.
