The Opportunity

We are seeking and organised administration professional to join our team at Cairns Private Hospital. In this role, you will be joining an experienced administration team where you will provide comprehensive customer focused service to our patients, families and visitors.

 

Skills and Experience

You will display an unwavering commitment to delivering customer service excellence each and every time and understand how to leave our customers with a professional and positive impression of our site, all in line with our Ramsay Core Values.

You will also demonstrate:

  • Previous experience as a Medical Administrator
  • Importance of data entry accuracy essential 
  • Experience working with Medical Terminology
  • Be passionate, engaging and focused on providing exceptional customer service and sensitivity to patient & family needs
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete tasks within a designated timeframe
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft programs and ability to learn new systems including Patient Management software.

Requirements
