The Opportunity

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient collection of revenue - from the initial patient encounter through to final payment. The team manages a wide range of operational activities, including insurance verification, hospital admission, charge capture, accurate coding, compliance with contractual rules, claim submission, and follow-up on outstanding accounts. The Program Manager will lead and coordinate multiple projects within the RCM stream, ensuring alignment with strategic transformation goals. This role calls for a proactive leader with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of managing complex programs and delivering successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement strategic program plans that align with the stream’s overarching goals.
  • Manage diverse teams including clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive delivery.
  • Promote a collaborative and high-performance environment, offering guidance to support successful execution.
  • Manage the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
  • Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, using Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Effectively manage shared resources and project interdependencies across the program.
  • Build strong relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders to maintain alignment with business priorities.
  • Provide clear and timely updates, report risks and issues, and support decision-making across program stakeholders.
  • Track program success using KPIs and data analysis and deliver regular performance reports to executives.
  • Oversee budgets and resource allocation, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risks through proactive planning.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare program management or a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in Project Management and Agile methodologies.
