We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Supervisor to join the Macarthur Clinic team that is part of the Northside Group in a permanent part time capacity (48 hours per fortnight).
About the Role
Northside Group Macarthur Clinic has an opportunity for an experienced medical administrator to lead a dynamic administration team comprising of 2 sectors, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services.
The role encompasses daily management and reception duties, supported by executives and senior team members.
To succeed in this role you will bring a professional administrative skillset as well as experience managing a team and practice. You will be a proactive professional with excellent communication skills and a quality improvement mindset. You will ideally have knowledge of practice management systems. Experience in billings, private and funded patients will be highly desirable.
You will also bring;
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Blue chip and Meditech experience (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
