We are seeking an professional and enthusiastic Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join our team at Joondalup Private Hospital. 

Both opportunities are permanent part time, working 70 hours per fortnight over a seven day rotating shift.  


About the Role

Working within an acute medical ward, you will work as an integral member of the clinical team, providing high quality care to all patients and clients who access health services, whilst also providing a high level of clinical and professional support to other members of the multi-disciplinary patient care team. All care will be delivered in line with the core values and strategic direction of Joondalup Health Campus and Ramsay Health Care.

Working within a respectful and friendly team, you will perform duties under the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift leaders, and will report to the Nurse Unit Manager.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting and thrive when working within a varied and fast paced environment. Your proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when required, and effective interpersonal skills will assist you in this role. In addition, your excellent written and verbal communications skills will assist in you in providing exceptional customer service skills.

You will also bring;

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse 
  • Minimum of 12 months experience 
  • Ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of each patient
  • Ability to use initiative, self-motivation and work as a team member with minimal supervision
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Knowledge of Quality/Continuous Improvement processes

Full time equivalent Registered Nurses: $67,996.69 - $89,477.89 plus superannuation per annum, based on experience level.

Full time equivalent Enrolled Nurse: $60,700.64 - $65,200.20 plus superannuation per annum, based on experience level.
