We are seeking an experienced, positive and passionate Clinical Nurse to work across our Mental Health service at Joondalup Health Campus.

About the Role
As a Clinical Nurse you will be joining our high performing and energetic team and be responsible for the effective and efficient coordination of clinical services at Joondalup Health Campus. Acting as a professional resource and demonstrating broad knowledge in all facets of caring for mental health patients, you will contribute to, and participate in, the education of all levels of staff being involved in department orientation, in servicing and clinical competence programs.
Working with peers, and liaising with the Nurse Unit Manager and Educators to drive education within the unit, you will make a valuable contribution to the Hospital’s continuous improvement processes.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset with experience in Mental Health. Your ability to supervise, lead, direct and motivate staff to achieve outcomes, and your well-developed planning, prioritisation and time management skills are critical for this role.
You will also bring:

Full time equivalent Clinical Nurses: $92,289.97 - $98,055.75 + Superannuation per annum, based on experience level for Registered Nurses.
