We are looking for a Radiographer to join our enthusiastic Cardiac Catheter Lab team and regularly work a 9.5 hour shift on a Friday.

This is a permanent position that we are looking to fill with a dedicated Medical Radiation Practitioner.


About the Role

The Radiography team at Peninsula Private Hospital provide imaging services to two state of the art Cardiac Cath Labs and our Vascular Hybrid Suite. We perform interesting and varied cases and enjoy a high level of respect within our multidisciplinary team.  We pride ourselves on our state of the art equipment and a strong suite of training and learning resources to quickly get new team members up to speed in the role.

In this role you will report to the Chief Radiographer and work with a varied team of medical professionals and clinical staff.


About You

You will be a highly organised and process focused professional with qualifications in Medical Radiation.  Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and the time management skills along with the capacity to effectively communicate with a wide range of medical stakeholders.

You will also demonstrate;

  • Degree in Medical Radiations or equivalent
  • Current Victorian Department of Health Radiation Use Licence
  • Current full AHPRA registration with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia
  • Availability for Friday shifts
