We are seeking an experienced, positive and enthusiastic Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our team at Joondalup Health Campus in this Permanent Part Time opportunity offering 70 hours per fortnight.
About the Role
Working within an acute medical ward, you will work as an integral member of the clinical team, providing high quality care to all patients and clients who access health services, whilst also providing a high level of clinical and professional support to other members of the multi-disciplinary patient care team. All care will be delivered in line with the core values and strategic direction of Joondalup Health Campus and Ramsay Health Care.
Working within a respectful and friendly team, you will perform duties under the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Registered Nurses, Clinical Nurse, Team and Shift leaders, and will report to the Nurse Unit Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong clinical skillset in a hospital setting and thrive when working within a varied and fast paced environment. Your proven ability to work effectively within a team environment and independently when required, and effective interpersonal skills will assist you in this role. In addition, your excellent written and verbal communications skills will assist in you in providing exceptional customer service.
You will also bring;
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
- Minimum of 12 months experience
- Experience working in Mental Health
- Ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery needs of each patient under the guidance of our Registered Nurses
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of Quality/Continuous Improvement processes
