We are seeking experienced Hospital Medical Officer to join our team at Southern Highlands Private Hospital
About the Role
The Hospital Medical Officer we are looking for will have a strong interest in acute medical/surgical care. We have multiple vacancies including permanent and casual leave cover positions. The roster offers a variety of shift times during the week consisting of day and evening, nights. The successful candidate will be a skilled PGY3+ CMO, they must possess general medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia and have good acute clinical skills and confident in neonate resus a plus. This is a great opportunity to use your clinical assessment and diagnostic skills within a supportive, collegial environment.

You will also demonstrate;
- AHPRA Registration
- Previous experience in a similar role or as a Registrar in a similar role
- Demonstrated high level of clinical competence.
- Highly developed verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with legible handwriting (or printing)
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Suite.
